BannerVantage LLC© was founded in 2012, as Capital Valley Solutions LLC, and emerged rebranded in 2025, as BannerVantage LLC© in response to a clear and growing need within business administration for professionals to lead more consciously to solve increasingly complex problems with strategic clarity, organizational alignment, and the reflective acumen required to lead effectively.
The firm is built on Human-Centered Leadership: the belief that systems change begins with its leaders—leaders who are grounded, self-aware, and equipped with both analytical and intuitive intelligence.
BannerVantage LLC© integrates evidence-based strategies with experiential wisdom, ethical clarity, and a deep respect for legacy and community impact. From inception, the purpose of BannerVantage LLC© is to elevate leaders and strengthen organizations through strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and transformative consciousness coaching.

Our Chief Executive Consultant
As a visionary and transformational leader, Ambur Banner brings nearly 17 years of experience at the executive-level of both state and local government. With over a decade steeped in health and human services leadership, she offers a seasoned and specialized lens and skill set within a broad government administrative background.
To BannerVantage LLC©, Ambur holds a bachelors degree: (1) Clinical Social Work; two advanced masters degrees: (1) Masters Social Administration; and (2) an MBA; and three specialty lenses: (1) Health and Human Services; (2) Government Administration; and (3) Continuous Quality Improvement Science. Furthermore, she carries special intelligence in government redesign, which offers to any organization the capacity to foster government-wide innovation.
Over the course of her career, she’s led government teams, divisions, and departments through various roles in government leadership and administration, setting a vision and strategy achieving a culture of quality, organization-wide outcomes, and growth capacity. With a proven track-record in government leadership and specialized expertise in government administration, organizational effectiveness, and continuous quality improvement, she brings a wide scope to accelerating individual and organizational performance.
