Executive Coaching Membership -
Service: BannerVantage offers a monthly transformative coaching package to business professionals seeking mentorship that raises their level of consciousness as an executive leader to solve and resolve day-to-day dilemmas on various subject-matter and/or specific case scenarios impacting performance or impeding the achievement of their goals.
This package includes 12 sessions. Missed sessions do not roll-over/bank. The package expires within 1 year of the first use of your initial monthly session. First session begins within 2 weeks of initial purchase.
Duration: 90 minutes, per session, each month, for 12 consecutive months.
Cost: $4000, paid-in-full.
Executive Strategy Session -
Service: BannerVantage offers a single-session option for business professionals seeking transformative coaching to solve and resolve a specific dilemma or case scenario impacting performance or impeding achievement of a goal.
Duration: 90 minutes, per session.
Cost: $400, per session.
Government & Non-Profit Administration
Organizational Effectiveness Consulting -
Service: BannerVantage offers business consulting and advising "on-retainer" to business executives to sustain continuous improvement of service delivery models, streamline operations, demonstrate ongoing impact and results, and build public trust. Consulting includes, but is not limited to: regular/continuous consultation/advice, training, seminars, classes, presentations, professional development, staff development/coaching, process improvement, "Acting-as" Deputy, Administrator, or Department Director, etc.
Cost: Retainer Fee: $145/per hour. Request a quote for specific cost pricing based on scope-of-service/work.
